I don't recall exactly what I could and couldn't do with Quicken 2016, but I do recall that there is basically no difference Re: Windows 10 vs. That being said, I'm currently using Quicken Home & Business 2017 and have been for some time now. Items on the button bar are not generally accessible by voice command. All the menus are voice accessible by simply saying the menu name.
